EACH MUSICIAN A MAESTRO

"Come on in, fill out a name tag,
write a funny phrase and put it in the hat,
then enjoy some really good food."

A number of friends from Gail's autobiographical
writing class are here. But they are far outnumbered
by her large and wonderful family.

And one of her most enduring friends is here,

the incomparable Ruth Allen,

probably Gail's only peer.

The youngest generation is also well represented.

They agree to give us a song, and then run outside to play.

Next, some adult family members come forward to sing.

Irish lyrics are passed around and everyone joins in,

including Gail.

BUT NOW, ITS TIME FOR THE
MOST IMPORTANT SONG OF THE DAY.

Karen sings a beautiful song about everlasting love,
and Grandma listens from deep within.

UNTIL THEIR SHOES ARE SMOKING
AND THE FIDDLE IS RED HOT
